He was predeceased by: his father Robert Mashek; and his daughter Cathy Mashek. He is survived by: his children, Karen Jarvis (Paul) of Farmington, Teresa Bohn of Farmington and Brad Mashek of Farmington; his grandchildren, Brayden Bohn (Krosbie) of Kansas City, Riley Bohn of Farmington, Jacob Jarvis of Farmington, Jayce Jarvis of Farmington and Kaylee Mashek of Festus; his great grandchild Tucker Shores; the mother of his children Glenda Lee of Advance; and his siblings, Nancy Mashek of O'Fallen and Stuart Mashek (Bea) of Scott City. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial donations, if desired, may be made to the Farmington Pet Adoption Center in care of the funeral home.
