She was predeceased by: her father Glen Maurer; her husband Howard K. Denton; her brother Robert Maurer; and her son-in-law Dennis Lee Ellis. She is survived by: her children, Karen Ellis, Anita Moore, Karl Denton (Lisa) and Diane Hitson (Roger); her grandchildren, Lauren Howard (Nathan), Matthew Ellis, Sarah Moore, Kate Moore-Robbins (Ryan), Jerad Denton (Sarah), Cole Denton (Helen), John Hitson (Mai), William Hitson and Theodore "Ted" Hitson; her great grandchildren, Natalie Howard, William Howard, Nathan Howard, Matthew Joseph Ellis, Alexandra Robbins, Aiden Robbins, Bennett Denton, Owen Hitson and Jonah Hitson; and her sisters, Barbara Coffman and Judy Walters.
