He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Homer "Rusty" and Ethel Marie Carmichael (Simpson); and his son Nick Carmichael. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Carmichael (Clark); his children, Austin Carmichael and Reno Carmichael; his granddaughter Ryleigh Carmichael; and his stepdaughter Taylor Kelly.
