She was predeceased by: her parents, Carter Lee Counts and Mary Jane Meade; her children, Laura Williams and Donald Louis Carrow, Jr.; her siblings, Elaine DeGonia and Lindel Sumpter; and her grandson Jeffrey Carrow.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Carrow (Mary) of Manchester Ohio and Brian Carrow (Amanda); her granddaughter Tina Carrow of Farmington; her brother Ronald Sumpter (Carole) of Farmington; and her close friend Mary Jane Wulfers. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
