He is survived by: his wife Brenda Capps (Johnson); his children, Bobby Capps (Cyndi) of Cahokia, IL, Lisa Followell (Danny) of New Bern, NC, Jackie Chiarelli (Kenny Sr.) of Farmington, Tina Hickman of Farmington and Karen Lutes of Farmington; his grandchildren, Kenny, Steven, Chelsea (Jason), Kalista, Trinity (David), Malayna (Parker), Doc, Ranger, Elle and Amelia; his siblings, Sue Bryant of Anna, IL, Gloria Ramsey (Donald) of Chester, IL and Charles Capps of Jefferson City; and his sister-in-law Violet Capps of Millstadt, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
