He is survived by: his wife Barbara Del Kossman (Ballew); his son Richard Kossman (Emily); his grandchildren, Nicholas of Farmington and Lexi Kossman of Farmington; his sister Audrey Campbell of St. Louis; his nieces, Kay Hinson (Phil), Beth Woods (Don) and Terri Combs (Ken); his nephew Jeff Campbell; his sister-in-law Nancy Ballew; and his nieces and nephews, Steve Ballew (Denise), Ryan Ballew (Amanda) and Jennifer Parker (Matt). He is also survived by numerous extended family and good friends.
