He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Emmen; his children, Patricia Ann Marshall and Ralph Emmen Gollaher Jr.; his sisters, Hallie Marie Jenkins and Lillie Mae Gollaher; his son-in-law Chuck Daly; and his brother-in-law Roland Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Naomi Gollaher (Midkiff); his children, Joseph Ralph Gollaher (Cathy), Ruth Ann Daly and Steven Ray Gollaher (Tammy); and his grandchildren, Brian Yarbrough, Tina Dicus (Chris), Lorine Lopez (Genaro), Patricia Gollaher, Terri Ann Kukuljan (Ed), Charlie Daly (Heather), Skyler Gollaher, Chase Gollaher, Brenner Gollaher and Bryson Gollaher. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren, and eight great great grandchildren.
