We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2023, at the age of 83, Phil Tatum of Farmington, Missouri, born in Memphis, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Charles Finley; and his brothers, Harold Tatum and Ray Tatum. He is survived by: his wife Glenna Tatum (Medlock); his daughter Kelly Murphy (Patrick); his grandchildren, Brady Coleman Cox (Rielle LaCava), Kalyn Brooke McAllister (Arran McAllister), Brianna Murphy and Zack Murphy; and his great grandchild Bennett Michael McAllister. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and friends.
