It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lennie Smith (Farmington, Missouri), who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Smith and Helen Smith (Branham); his parents-in-law, Don and Pat Skaggs; his sister Carolyn Hutchinson; and his brothers-in-law, Terry Edgar and Butch Skaggs.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Smith (Skaggs); his sons, Jason Smith and Marcus Smith (Bayley); his grandchildren, Savannah, Parker, Quinn and Candi Smith; his sister Barb Edgar; his niece Lisa Proffer; his brother Bill Hutchinson; and his sister-in-law Kim Duncan (Kenny).
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Delassus Baptist Church (4086 2nd St, Farmington, MO 63640).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Leonard's memory to Delassus Baptist Church, honoring the legacy of love and service that he lived by.
