He was predeceased by: his mother Clara Kluver (Ludwigs); and his siblings, Lavern Kluver, William Roger Kluver Jr., David W. Kluver and Lavonne C. Richardson.
He is survived by: his father William Kluver; his wife Phyllis L. Kluver (Bertram); his daughters, Clarissa Davis (James) and Jennette Lynn Tracy (Michael); his grandchildren, Niccole Richardson, Samuel Miller, Kyle Davis, Caleb Tracy, Elizabeth Tracy, Bintou Richardson, Lavontay Richardson and Tania Richardson; his great grandchildren, Ian Miller, Jayden Miller, Abby Jo Miller and Brandon Blankenship; and his siblings, Dennis E. Kluver (Merlie), Tom R. Kluver (Dixie) and Dianne R. Anderson (Anthon). He is also survived by good friend to his neighbors and the best father in the world to his family.
Memorial donations may be made to the St. Paul Lutheran School in Farmington.
