She was predeceased by: her husband Edward B. Price; her parents, Carl James and Lora Olive Williams; and her son Steve Price. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Price (Vickie), Gerald "Jerry" Price (Patty), Ralph Price (Lori) and Tami Wilson (Tim); her daughter-in-law Angela Price; and her grandchildren, Brian Price (Jennifer), Paul Price (Andrea), Nick Price (Bridget), Lindsey Womack (Zach), Jason Price, Donavan Hall, Megan Marler, Susan Short (Tim), Amanda Leoni (Blake), Christopher Wilson (Ashley), Dakota Price (Andy Senters) and Riley Price (Michael Webb).

Memorials may be made in Kathlyn's name to Pinecrest Camp and Conference Center or the American Cancer Society.
