She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Queen and Addie Queen (Thurman); her husband Henry Perry; and her siblings, Harvey, August, Billy, Bobby Queen, Alma Matthews, Wilma Pogue and Coeta Schottel.
She is survived by: her children, Henry "Hank" Perry III (Sharon), Addie Wampler (Brian), Jody Perry (Kim), Buffie Reever (Steve) and Alma Black (Kevin); her siblings, Jackie Queen (Virginia) and Linda Schmoll (Queen); and her close friend Tammy Perry. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association team "Love Never Forgets".
