He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman "Bud" Speidel and Bernice Speidel (Govero); his son John Wayne Speidel II; and his brother Jim Speidel (Judy). He is survived by: his children, Tracy Mayberry (Terry), Tina Bable (Eddie) and Dan Eubanks (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Joe Mayberry (Ashley), Whitney Speidel, Nicholas Speidel and Madison Mayberry; his great grandchildren, Leiam, Joey and Austyn; his siblings, Gary Speidel (Kathy), Eric Speidel and Pam Hart (Bill); and his brother-in-law Dennis "Digger" Auten. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
