He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Ratliff and Alma Ratliff (Miner); his son-in-law Kevin P. Ryan; his siblings, Bernadine Ratliff and Jerry Ratliff; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Ratliff, Rose Ratliff and Bob Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Glenna Ratliff; his daughters, Pat Ryan of Farmington and Marlene Womack (David) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Angela Lambay (Adam), Shawn Cook (Carrie), David Womack Jr. and Shelley Womack; his great grandchildren, Carmen, Abigail, Mason, Julia and Megan; and his siblings, Betty Lou Johnson of Oklahoma, Don Ratliff (Pat) of Florida, David Ratliff of Eminence and Barbara Matthews of Farmington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
