He is survived by: his mother Janis Burgess; his children, Lily, William, Isabelle and Helen; and his siblings, Bret Burgess (Alycia), Paul Ryan (Burgess), Matthew Burgess (Jessica) of Ennis, MT, Scott Childress (Kristin) of Tampa, FL and Emily Buchheit (Danny) of Kirkwood, MO. He is also survived by aunts and two uncles.
