He is survived by: his father Jack Cunningham; his girlfriend Bess Ann Bannister; his children, JD Cunningham (Tia), Becky Giuliani (Jeff Owens), Heather Botkin (Doug) and Aaron Bannister (Maggie Kollmeyer); his grandchildren, Garret, Gabriella, Gabriel Giuliani, Judd, Jocelyn, Jeremiah Cunningham, Deegan, Colyer, Mylee Bannister, Braden, Brenna Botkin, Issac Owens and Tabor Zaricor; his siblings, Jacqueline Dennis (David) and Justin Cunningham (Janice Bristol); and his pet Buck.
