He was predeceased by: his father Jim B. Botkin; his wife Carol Botkin; his siblings, Euel, Bob, Lowell, Bernell, Gay, Eileen, Irene and Mary; and his granddaughter Cindy Hanshew.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Eatoch (Jim), Debra Morrison, Tracy Moss (Robert) and Doug Botkin (Heather); his grandchildren, Bobby Moss, Derek Moss, Sean Wiley, Jason Hall, Stephanie Leann, Braden Botkin and Brenna Botkin; and his brother Richard Botkin (Gloria). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
