He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bartley and Dorothy Mae Bartley (Harrington); and his wife Opal A. Bartley. He is survived by: his son Jimmie Bartley, Jr. (Traci); his grandchildren, Ashley Bartley and Joe Bartley (Jenna); his son Richard Helms (Roberta); and his granddaughter Diane Schwent. He is also survived by extended family and good friends.
