It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerome Adair Leslie of Farmington, Missouri, who passed away on April 20, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Edgar; and his wife Shirley Leslie (Moore). He is survived by: his children, Dwayne Adair Leslie (Kari) of O'Fallon and Melinda Marie Brown (John) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Lindsay Marie Brown and Madison Leslie Fridley (Austin); his brother Ed Leslie (Wendy) of Marshall; and his pets, Demi, Mila, Gus, Herbie, Petey, Bella and Toby.
