She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Mayfield and Alice Mayfield (King); and her siblings, Larry Mayfield, Lucille Thurston, Jimmy Mayfield and Bonnie Neubauer.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Vineyard (Michael), Diana Akers, Cindy Gilmore, Willis William King Jr., Timothy King (Michele) and Kristy King; and her siblings, Peggy Nickelson, Judy Littrell-Mathinia, Jane Owens and Robert Mayfield (Carolyn). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
