He was predeceased by: his father Orville Howard; his grandson Tyler Harris; and his siblings, Fred Crouch, Melba Rhodes and Doris Bradley.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Crouch (Meador); his children, Coralea "Corrie" Stevens (Dean) and Dwayne Crouch; and his grandchildren, Caleb Harris, Eli Stevens and Teagan Stevens.
