She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Cooper Sr. and Norma Cooper (Sloss); and her brother Donald "Butch" Cooper Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Donald Thurmond; her daughter Melissa O'Neail (Matt) of Farmington; her grandchildren, Layne and Sawyer; her former husband Gary Ford of Arnold; and her sister-in-law Carol Cooper.
