She was predeceased by: her father William Duncan; her husband Chalmer "Hank" Forsythe; and her siblings, Ralph Duncan, Ruby Campbell, Viola Johnson and Pearl Harper.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Forsythe (Michelle) of Farmington, Randy Forsythe (Vicki) of Farmington, Brett Forsythe (Patti) of Farmington and Doug Forsythe (Sarah) of Farmington; her grandchildren, Jason Forsythe of Farmington, Andria Hodge (Travis) of Lake Ozark, Lindsey Forsythe (Scott Clithero) of St. Louis, Justin Forsythe (Heather) of Jefferson City, Jesse Forsythe (Kaitlynn) of Farmington, Hannah Forsythe of St. Louis, Terri Moriarity (Billy) of Lake Ozark and Conner Forsythe of St. Louis; and her close friends, Jim, Delores Plummer, Lloyd and Jetty Reese. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
