He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard and Barbara J. Blunt (Haney); and his siblings, Lizzie Shrum, Margie Cook and Amos Blunt.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Blunt (Stanfield) of Farmington; his sons, Brian Blunt (Michelle) and Brad Blunt (Gina); his grandchildren, Matt Blunt, Aaron, Andrew and Ashlee Blunt; and his siblings, Patsy Clark (Jim), Joe Blunt (Marilyn) and Harold Blunt (Billy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the First Baptist Church in Desloge.
