He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Mae Conley; his parents, Charles Glynn Turner and Ruth Rosetta Turner (Mitchell); his brother Thomas "Tom" Turner; and his brother-in-law Donald Buckley.
He is survived by: his sisters, Glenda Buckley and Sharon Coleman (Coleman). He is also survived by his sisters he leaves behind his two daughters.
