He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bowyer, Sr. and Georgia Minnie Bowyer (Nicholson); his sons, Anthony Bowyer and Troy Bowyer; his former wife June Ann Bowyer (Brown); and his brother Frank B. Bowyer.
He is survived by: his sons, William Bowyer (Tamara), Gerald Bowyer (Nancy) and Andrew "Lee" Ferguson; and his brother Alva Bowyer (Yolanda). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 30 Great Grandchildren.
