She was predeceased by: her father Jack Williams; her husband Carroll Meadows; and her siblings, Opal Bartley, Patsy Moore and Jack D. Williams.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Elser (Lisa) and Kelly Elser; and her close friends, Joan Hickman of Doe Run and Isabelle Jackson of Waterloo Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
