He is survived by: his wife Vickie Horton (Hulsey); his children, Amy Owens, Nicholas Mullins (Michelle) and Carey Boyer (John); his grandchildren, Douglas Lawson II (Emily Meier), Grant Mullins, Mia Owens, Cole Mullins and Matthew Boyer; his siblings, Dan Horton (Kathy), Linda Thomas (Elwood), Dennis Horton (Betty) and John Horton; and his pet Ozzy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
