It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommie E. Mitchell of Fairview, Missouri, who passed away on November 20, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. "Doc" and Sally Mitchell (Mahurin); his daughter Suzie; and his siblings, Polly, Hazel, Ray, Bill, Keet, Joe, John and Raymond.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Taylor; his children, Gene Mitchell (Irvalene) of Neosho, Danny Mitchell (Pat) of Fairview, Johnny Mitchell (Chris) of Neosho, Missouri, Linda Shiveley (Roger) of Battlefield and Sheila McNabb (John) of Wheaton, Missouri; and his sisters, Shirley McKinley of Pineville and Hilma Hines of Powell, Missouri. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
