He is survived by: his parents, Richard Turner and Leola Turner (Niswonger); his children, Mark Turner (Biljana) of Rockford, Kenneth Turner of Rockford, Charity Turner of Rockford and Grace Turner of Rockford, Illinois.; and his siblings, Crelia Hann of Fairdealing, Richard "Rick" Turner and Darrel Ray Turner (Eileen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
