She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Currie and Lucy Currie (Miller); her husbands, Roy Higginbotham and Joe Combs; her son Bobby Higginbotham; and her brothers, Leo and William Currie.
She is survived by: her son Don Higginbotham. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and caring friends.
