He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Morgan and Ethel Morgan (Crane); and his sisters, Virginia and Mabel June. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Peterie; his daughter Cindy Kent; his son-in-law Dan Kent; his son Jim Morgan; his daughter-in-law Kelly Morgan; his grandchildren, Sabrina Smiley, Samantha Kent, Amanda Schrader, Alyssa Morgan and Zachary Morgan; his great grandchild Harper Smiley; and his sisters, Lynn Johnson and Rita Bennett. He is also survived by 6 children – five daughters and one son.
