He is survived by: his significant other Wanda; his brothers, Bob, Richard and Norman; his grandsons, Michael and Ronnie; his great grandchildren, Chasity and Kaitlyn; his sons, Richard Culbertson (Debra) of Fair Play, Randy Culbertson (Kay) of Fair Play, Mickey Culbertson (Lou) of Fair Play and Don Culbertson (Millie) of Rogersville, MO; his sister Wanetta Edgington of Oklahoma; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley McCormick of Ozark and Freda King of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
