She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Coon and Virginia Coon; her siblings, Dale, Earl and Faye; her children, Frederick McCrary and Nancy Sloan; her granddaughter Tammy Vaughn; and her great grandchildren, Patrick Van Fossen and Erica Brewer.

She is survived by: her significant other Tony Wallace; and her grandchildren, Nikki Drake, Mona Edwards, Tina Anderson, Paul McCrary, Michelle Jennings and Chris Whitman. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, 24 great-great-grandchildren.
