She was predeceased by: her parents, William Marion Garrison and Rachel Mimie Russell; her husband Bobby Francis Willis; her children, Linda and Russell; her grandson Devin Ray Robb; her great grandchild Jayden Andrew White; and her siblings, Earl, Oral, Billy, Joyce, Loraine, Betty, Allene, Barbara, Marion and Ida.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Willis, Wendy Willis, Dione Nelms, Gayla White (Gary), Misty Chalk and Hannah Martinez (Lorenzo); and her sisters, Joan Ford (Bill), Dorothy Hamilton, Sue Willis and Judy Kennedy. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
