He was predeceased by: his sister Phyllis Collins. He is survived by: his parents, Billy Joe and Mary Elizabeth Burrell (Peak); his son Mickey Burrell (Crystal); his brother Mark Burrell; and also Natalie Burrell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends; and his dog, Buddy.
