She is survived by: her significant other Jack Bauer; her siblings, Judy Rogers of Tulsa, Steve Perry, Kenny Perry and Danny Perry; her children, Jan Wheeler (Porter) and Darin Johnson (Sarah); her grandchildren, Ashalyn, Adam, Jarek, Kyle, Apryl, Shawn and Matthew; and her children, Mac and Delylah. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
