He was predeceased by: his parents, Thersa Ilene (McMillian) and Denzil William Taylor; his brother Lynn Taylor; his grandson Kaden Lee Taylor; and his great grandchild Eli William Ragsdale.
He is survived by: his children, LaShonda (Darren Ellis), Mia (Donnie Smith) and Jerrod (Angela Taylor). He is also survived by six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; five living siblings; and a host of many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
