He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbert Roper and Jean Roper; his nephews, Tony Roper and Greg Blair; his brother-in-law Bill Davis; his significant other Shirley; his children, Dale Jr. (Charlene) and Dana Roper-Effinger (Keenan); his granddaughter Nikki; his great grandchildren, Lainey and Addison; and his sisters, Becky Farmer, Lois Davis, Jeri Roper, Sue Roper and Jana Roper Setzer (Mike).
