He is survived by: his mother Linda Louise Vise (Cecil) of Exeter, Missouri; his wife Wendy Crull; his children, Whitney (Shasta) of Harrison, Jonathan Moore of Birmingham, Alabama, Robbi Jordan (Randy) of Harrison and Sierra Kesterson (Corey) of Seymour, Missouri; his sisters, Regina Reeves of Lamar, Crystal Erway (Steve) of Ridgley and Celia Pruente (Brandon) of Exeter; and his grandchildren, Damien, Heidyn, Saben, Jayden and Waylon.
