He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Finney and Linda Finney (Jefferies). He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Mckown of Exeter; his daughters, Nickel Cramer (Kenneth) of Exeter and Chastity Bumpus (Harold) of Klamath Falls, Oregon; and his sister Angie Sanders of Muskogee, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren.
