She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Noel Avery and Tessie Adams (Baldwin); her former husband Alton Bittle; her husband George Fredrick "Fred" Sherman; her siblings, Hollis Adams, Arvin Adams, Nolen Adams, Lorena Sharp and Doris Blair; her stepmother Thelma Adams; her great grandchild Bryson Blankenship; her children, Richard Bittle (Diane) of Reeds Spring, Ronnie Bittle (Jayne) of Neosho, Lyle Bittle of Exeter, Missouri, Phyllis Easley (Edwin) of Cassville and Debra Blankenship (Pat) of Jenkins, Missouri; her stepdaughter Rebecca Sherman of Holiday Island, Arkansas; and her brother Gerald Adams of Kernville, California. She was also cherished by eighteen grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
