He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Brattin and Gladys Brattin (Slagle); and his siblings, Ronald, Howard Brattin, Vineta Smith and Debbie Phelps.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Brattin (Sandy), Roger Brattin (Susan), Kennetha "Kaye" Brattin and Kara Kerby (Marc); and his siblings, Lester Brattin of Exeter, Missouri, Gary Brattin of Exeter, Missouri, Mark Brattin of Exeter, Missouri, Olena Harvey of Arkansas and Christine Parks. He is also survived by family members he dearly loved and friends.
Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Ridgley Baptist Church Memorial Fund.
