He was predeceased by: his parents, Hartford Talbert and Dottie Talbert (Crawford); and his brother Terry Talbert. He is survived by: his children, David Talbert (Allison) of Memphis, Kevin Talbert (Dawn) of Monett, Gary Talbert (Leslie) of Monett and Lisa Etzler (John) of Wheaton, Missouri; and his siblings, Mike Talbert of Neosho, Danny Talbert of Pierce City, Rusty Talbert of Granby, Cathy Allen of Oronogo, Sandy Wicker of Crane, Linda Downey of Cassville and Sally Chapman of St. Charles, Missouri. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
