He is survived by: his mother Treva Antle (Rose) of Washburn, Missouri; his daughter Tori Phillips (Kenneth) of Exeter, Missouri; his siblings, Kevin Antle (Vicki) of Washburn, Missouri and Kimmie Stringer (Gary) of Washburn; and his grandchildren, Regan Phillips and Kennedy Phillips.
