He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Magee; and his grandparents, Jay Magee, Roslea Allen, Everett and Geneva Antle.

He is survived by: his mother Wilma Magee (Antle) of Exeter; and his daughter Molly Ann Magee of Springdale, Arkansas. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and friends.
