He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeremiah Jones and Rose Jones (Bell); his wife Mary Jane Drill; his daughter Rose Emma Schulze; and his grandson Dustin Jones.
He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Jones (Virginia) of Exeter and Joseph Jones (Peggy) of Council Bluffs, Iowa. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
