He was predeceased by: his parents, George Earl and Elizabeth Madison (Sturgell); his son Kevin Lee Madison; and his brother Gene Madison. He is survived by: his wife Diane Westenhaver; his children, Scott Madison (Susan) of Cassville, Ken Madison (Lori) of Monett, Kerry Madison (Lisa) of Cassville, Terry Madison (Angie) of Monett, Missouri, Shelley Madison of Monett and Carissa McCracken (Jack) of Shell Knob, Missouri; his stepchildren, David Thrash (Joan) of Omaha, Aaron McCullough of Wichita, Kansas and Lora Smoker of Warsaw, Indiana; and his siblings, Bud Madison of Cassville, Missouri and Reba Crane of Nixa, Missouri. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren.
