He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Everett and Viola Edie (Towe); his wife Peggy Dean Stephens; and his siblings, Webb Edie, Larry Edie, Louise Hargus, Rosa Lee Richmond and Patsy Gentry.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Edie (Angie) of Cassville, Missouri and Melissa Garrison (Shawn) of Exeter, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Veronica, Nathaniel, Gail, Sara and Payton. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Maplewood Cemetery (18613 State Hwy MM, Exeter, MO 65647).
