She was predeceased by: her father David Earl Bowling; her sister Patricia Monday; and her stepfather William Randy Lloyd. She is survived by: her mother Sheila Kaye Bowling (Price) of Exeter, Missouri; her children, David Earl Costlow (Manda) of Washburn, Missouri, Ayasha Andrews (Alex Jackson) of Exeter and Lillie Andrews of Exeter, Missouri; her siblings, James Robert Pendergraft (Stacy) of Cassville, Dusty Lloyd (Holly) of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Smithie Smith (Brian) and Tonya Henry (David) of Cassville, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Radyn and Ember. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and "adopted" children.
